Tonight’s the night at the 2017 UK & European Employee Engagement Awards

Employee-Engagement-Awards-2017-Finalist

Last month we were delighted to discover last year that we were finalists for the 2017 UK & European Employee Engagement Awards in the ‘Employee Engagement Vendor of the Year Award’ along with 8 others – Peakon, LifeWorks, Meetoo, Open Blend Method, CultureNet, Totem, Engage Solutions Group and Benefix.

And now the big day has arrived.

So fingers and toes crossed. Scarfs and rattles will definitely be at the ready! And we have a table of cheerleaders as CEO Michael and Founding Director Liz will be joined by Claire Barraclough and Louisa Mellor of DS Smith, Paul Corke of MBNA, Ian O’Doherty of Park Group, Anna Lees of Kings College London, Katie Franklin Thorpe of Rocket Entertainment, Howard Mann of Alderbrooke and Jane Malone of DOC.

It should be quite a night!

The awards show is the first and only global dedicated Employee Engagement Awards aiming to inspire and educate people to change how their organisations think about and engage with their people to achieve their goals.

This annual event provides a platform to recognise excellence in engagement that inspires action and drives the industry and progresses the employee experience agenda.

ds-smith-engaging-mangersMBNA Employee Engagement10Eighty’s CEO Michael Moran told us: “I am delighted that we have been shortlisted for this award. It reflects the hard work and dedication of our team and the great success we have enjoyed driving employee engagement with businesses such as DS Smith and MBNA.” (Click on the thumbnail images for more information about each project).

The Gala Awards dinner will be taking place tonight at the home of England and Spurs (temporarily), Wembley Stadium.

TV presenter, Rick Edwards, who you may know from Channel 4’s Paralympics and athletes coverage, is compering the awards evening and musical duo Feathers & Dice will be leading after-dinner entertainment.

Some of the finalists will be selected to present their case studies at the 2018 Employee Engagement Conference which takes place in the spring in a best-in-class conference for the Employee Engagement industry.

You can follow our fortunes tonight using hashtag #EmployeeEngagement on LinkedIn and Twitter account @ee_awards.
